CD Cover File Setup

The CD Cover is 4.75 x 4.724 when trimmed. If you want a full bleed (where ink goes to the edges), please set up your file with 1/8" all around, i.e. 5" x 4.974".

We’re Hip to Being Square, So You Get a Square Deal

Offline print shops can print special orders to CD insert specifications, but at prices that you may not be able to justify. Most online print services aren’t flexible enough for this format.

All CD Inserts Cover Cards printed on minimum 130 lb. (120lb) stock, coated both sides.

Black printing on the reverse is free. We are flexible about graphic treatment and colors on the reverse side. Use our estimator form or talk to us about that.

Minimum quantity is 1,000. You can order GFX CD Cover Card printing press runs over 10,000 by requesting an estimate. You can have Black printing on the reverse in any quantity. Color printing on both sides is also available.

GFX Printing accepts orders from anywhere in the Continental United States or Canada including Hawaii and Alaska.
