File Types for Full Colour Flyers and Brochures

Quark (up to 6.5, either Mac or PC, together with fonts and CMYK TIFFs for images/photographs), Illustrator (saved as EPS with fonts/type converted to outlines) and Photoshop. All fonts and images to be included and all files need to compressed using Winzip or Stuffit. Embedded photographs or images should be a minimum of 300 dpi and CMYK and saved as TIFF or EPS only. Do NOT use JPEGs, GIFs, BMPs or any other format.

If you are folding the fliers for brochures, please add "inside" and "outside" to the file name, eg: YourCompany_inside.qxd so that we fold correctly.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

STEP 1: If we receive your cancellation request before Tuesday by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time of the same week you ordered, we will honor your request, and there is no charge at this stage of pre-production. STEP 2: If your order is in production, but hasn't been printed yet, i.e. the film and/or plates have been made, a service fee of $199 will be charged to your credit card. STEP 3: If your order has been printed, but not shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Prices

Price includes 1 submission of all artwork materials. Subsequent submissions, or if there are missing fonts, logos or other images, you will be charged $25 CAD for each missing item, which will cause a delay. Multiple missing items sent once will only be charged once.

Note that any American prices listed on our web site are solely for convenience. We bill in Canadian dollars, which is close to parity (no difference).

A note about shipping to the United States: orders that exceed US$200 may be subject to a brokerage/importing fee (average fee is US$30) charged directly by UPS, not GFX. You are responsible for this importing/brokerage fee.

Proofs

Price also includes 1 digital proof. Note that this may delay your order if you are ordering by or close to the deadline.

Taxes

If you are located in the United States, there are no taxes or customs' fees. For Canadian residents and businesses, we will add G.S.T. and P.S.T., where applicable.

Billing Details

A paper invoice will accompany your order.

Shipping

We use the UPS Database based on weight and location. Ground shipping is 3-5 business days.
