We are open Monday-to-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Shipping (no Pick-Up)

All orders are shipped by Ground via UPS or FedEx (FedEx Ground is only available within Canada). If you need your order even faster, we can provide same-day courier services for an additional fee (Toronto area only). Courier services are always based on location and time of day you want your order to arrive. Courier services absolutely needs to be arranged the day you place your order, without exception. If you're not in a mad crazy rush, FedEx Ground is very reasonable ... but it does take 2 business days within the GTA.

*Personalized Mail Services.
We'll need a list in Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect Avery 10-up Label Sheet. Add 1-2 business days after printing for completion.

99^¢ + First Class Postage Stamp + 2^¢ each. The additional 2^¢ over postage is to cover costs. For quantities of 100 or less, we can address, label and add a real stamp to your postcards or envelopes. This is not variable data: we are providing a manual and personal service to each postcard. Marketing experts agree that using real paper stamps yield higher results than machine indicias (direct mail is still effective for business-to-business postcards in high volume).

This is offered on a first come, first served basis. A maximum of 10 customers a day can order personalization services.

You can supply a scanned copy of your signature and we'll add it to each postcard or greeting card if you don't know how to do this yourself.

Who can use personalized mail services? If you're in sales and need to be top of mind with your prospects quickly (new listing, just sold, birthday, renewals, etc.), this service should be considered a life saver! We'll be your invisible sales assistant ... printing and mailing your postcards when you need them.

Gloss Varnish (one side).
Add 1 business day after printing.

$52/100 or less (per set). If you have a lot of dark colours, varnish doesn't really add anything to the already coated paper. Varnish pops when there's lots of white space.

Round Corners.
Add 1 business day after printing.

We can round 1, 2, 3 or all 4 corners.

Perforating.
Add 1 day after printing.

A6 White Wove Envelopes.

25 cents each (up to 250). You cannot buy envelopes without our printing services.

Free for 2 attempts (original upload + 1): $25 each thereafter. This includes incomplete or incompatible files.

We do not provide design or layout services. However, we have an online application called Card Designer if you want to add your own photos and use templates.

We provide one (1) complimentary low resolution digital proof prior to printing. We will not go to press until you have okayed the proofs -- since this is very fast production, we recommend that you stay near your computer if you ordered during regular business office hours (Eastern Time). Additional proofs are $15 each.

Free Conversion to CMYK (no colour correction) of your high resolution files. No web graphics or clipart.

Colour Correction.
Add 1 business day after printing.

As a courtesy, we offer minor colour correction for free on all materials submitted. However, If you require more corrections, the minimum charge is $50 and we'll also supply a digital proof for you. The hourly rate for complex colour corrections,, masks, etc. is $85.

Custom Trim

Free. For example, if you order a 5x7 postcard and want it trimmed slightly shorter to 4.75 x 6.75.

Typesetting.
Add 1 business day after printing.

$30 minimum. For postcards, we typeset up to 50 words for free. We supply a digital proof for all typesetting we provide. We do not typeset business cards as that is considered a custom layout.

Taxes

What can we say ... we're in Canada and we have to charge them for all orders being shipped within Canada. If we are shipping to the USA (whether you are in Canada or the USA), there are no taxes.

Haggling

You can try to haggle for lower prices, but we won't budge. If you place 100s of orders over the next few months, we encourage you to negotiate.

Finally

If you don't see it listed here, we don't have it or provide it ... and that includes raised printing, foiling, embossing or any option not specifically listed on this page.
