The per peice price includes the following, based on artwork and mailing list supplied (Canadian addresses & Addressed Admail only):

First Class Lettermail is $0.54 Ea. (2009 Rate)

If using Unaddressed Admail, you'll need to know Canada Post's Householder Counts (linked directly to Canada Post) for the postal codes / carrier routes.

Order Direct Mail Postcards and Mailing Services
Turnaround Times

Printing: Our production schedule for postcard printing is Monday-to-Thursday. The deadline to place an order and send files is 3:00 p.m. on any Monday.

Addressing: Database setup, sorting and inkjet addressing on to the postcards takes 1-3 business days after printing.

Mail Service: According to Canada Post's web site, the following service standards apply for Addressed Admail, i.e. how long does it take for Canada Post to deliver mail:

Local Service Standards, eg: Mississauga-to-Mississauga (or within the GTA)

3 business days

Service Standards within the same province, eg: Mississauga-to-Ottawa (or within Ontario)

4 - 5 business days

National Service Standards, eg: Mississauga-to-Vancouver (or anywhere within Canada, except for Rural areas)

4 - 13 business days
Billing

Orders between $1-$2,999 require payment in full at time of order. If addressing and postage exceed $3,000, we require a 50% deposit.

IMPORTANT: Due to our contract, we have to charge Admail postage for 1,000 pieces even if your quantity is less. Also, final billing can occur after mailing due to database cleansing, i.e. either a refund for postage overpayment or a further charge for underestimating the number of names on your list.

Discount

** Above prices, except postage, already include a 5% money order or business cheque discount. If paying postage by credit card, we will add 5% to your order. Canadian cheques require an additional 3-5 business days to clear before we process your order. Checks drawn on an American bank require 21-28 days to clear.

Prices are subject to change without notice. USD prices, if any listed above, are for convenience only. Billing occurs in Canadian dollars in the amount shown above. Return of Extras: Ground shipping charges apply based on weight. We do not return extras if using our indicia directly on all postcards. For an extra charge of $50.00 per 1,000 or less, you can request that we inkjet AdMail or Lettermail indicias at time of addressing so that we can send you the extras -- this is recommended if you know you'll have more than 200 extras and can use the postcards for other marketing purposes.
