Cancellation Policy

Although we make it easy for you to create postcards online, you are actually ordering a custom designed postcard, and a GFX Representative will be producing the artwork based on your choices. Cancellation requests will be honoured within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations between 25 and 48 hours will be subject to a $50 charge.

If you have not approved the artwork between 49 and 72 hours, a service fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card, and GFX will cancel your order. Once you approve the artwork, there are no cancellations.

Should you proceed with the order within 15 days, this service fee will be credited towards the full purchase. Otherwise, the service fee, cancellation fee or any other fees assessed are non-refundable.

A note about shipping to the United States: orders that exceed US$200 may be subject to a brokerage/importing fee (average fee is US$30) charged directly by UPS, not GFX. You are responsible for this brokerage/importing fee.
