Rush?

No rush service available for the Design-it-Yourself section. Our regular turnaround time is 2-3 Business Days if you okay the proof(s) by 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on any day of the week from Monday-to-Friday. We also have 24 hour or less turnaround for 4x6 postcards (different prices from above).

Proofs

We will provide JPEG or PDF soft proofs within 24-48 hours. Weekends and Holidays excepted.

Add Logo

There is a single $10 fee to add your logo to either or both the front and back. Logos and other graphic elements need to be high resolution at a 300dpi minimum.

Add Headline

There is a  single $10 fee to place a headline on the front. The cost of back printing, if any, includes a headline on the back.

Envelopes

24 lb White Wove envelopes are available for any size postcard or greeting card listed above. No printing on envelopes is available.

Shipping & Taxes

Shipping prices are based on weight and postal code or zip code. Above prices do not include applicable taxes within Canada. There are no taxes to USA businesses or residents.

Cancellation Policy

Although we make it easy for you to create postcards and greeting cards online, you are actually ordering a custom designed product and a GFX representative will be producing the artwork based on your choices

1. Cancelling Before You Receive JPEG or PDF Proofs;

• Cancellation requests for offset printing (printing within 3-4 days) will be honoured within 24 hours of placing your order or prior to receiving digital proofs from your GFX representative, there is no charge to your credit card;
• Cancellation requests for digital printing (printing within 24 hours) will be honoured within 4 hours of placing your order or prior to receiving digital proofs from your GFX representative, there is no charge to your credit card;

2. Cancelling After You Receive JPEG or PDF Proofs;

• If you have already received proofs and have okayed them, your order is considered in production and cannot be cancelled beyond this point.

3. Placing An Order and Not Responding to Messages within 72 Hours;

• A service fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card, and GFX will cancel your order;
• A caveat to the above: If you need to hold your order and then proceed within 15 days, any cancellation fees will be credited towards the full purchase.

4. Once you approve the artwork, your order is considered in production and cannot be cancelled for any reason. Your order will be printed and shipped from final proof approval.
