Considerate Customers Help Sell GFX Services to New Customers

I have used a number of printers to create marketing material to promote my novels and I have been very impressed with GFX. Beside me sit three stacks of 1,000 postcards, arriving several days before I expected and appearing more perfect than anything I could have imagined. In a way, the receipt of my order saddens me, for it ends what was quite likely the most pleasant shopping experience I have ever encountered.

I barely know where to begin with the compliments about GFX printing. From the thorough website and the detailed submission instructions that made ordering a snap to the earlier than expected, exactly as promised finished product, I feel as though I was given VIP treatment even as a first time customer. Perhaps the brightest in a galaxy of exquisite stars was the customer service department, which answered every question so quickly, completely and kindly, it was like having a friend in the business. I only wish every company in the world could make doing business such a pleasure.

One of the reasons why GFX can keep its prices so low is because we don’t have sales people like a traditional print shop would. Nor do we need a large advertising budget. Many new customers find us through Internet search engines. However, our most effective means of advertising is the old fashioned, “word of mouth” method. GFX online color card printing is the type of service that people like you are delighted to ‘discover’. Then they’re eager to pass along our web site to friends and business associates.
